Why is Liquid Hand Sanitizer Preferable to Gel Hand Sanitizer?

READ FULL REPORT CLICK HERE

  • Liquid Hand Sanitizer has a much faster drying time (half the time on average) of Gel Hand Sanitizer, making the process less annoying for repeated use.
  • A study in 2017 between Liquid Hand Sanitizers and Gel Hand Sanitizers showed that gel was reported by users as “gooey”, “felt like it never dried completely” and needed to be vigorously rubbed under fingernails to spread it completely. On the other hand, the Liquid consistently dried faster and users reported “it just flows everywhere”, “hands feel completely dry fast” and generally was more convenient when offered.
  • As far as effectiveness, there was found to be no difference what so ever in the effectiveness of the products on exposed skin, both worked effectively, with the exception of the Gel needing to be physically pushed under the fingernails for maximum effectiveness.
